“Front desk rep Teresa was super kind and helpful when we checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable. When I checked out in the morning, true to form, the ladies were bright and shiny and a wonderful beginning to the next leg of our journey. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Medford.”
“This horizon inn has a very charming look. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and very sweet. She acted like she really cared about us and having a good room. The room itself was okay except for two things. One- the electrical was really weird and there were no plug-ins beside the bed on the table between the beds. There was one plug-in on the wall but it only worked if the overhead light was on. So we had to screw out the light bulbs on the overhead light just to make the plug-in work. Also, the bed was very very firm and I prefer it not to be hard as a rock. But it's a really cute place to stay and there's a black bear diner right close to it eating out.”
